Here is a list of all of our main dishes and side dishes that are part of our current menu. When deciding what to have for a meal, you may choose one main dish item along with two side dishes. Or you can choose one side dish and one soup.
For example, if you choose to have pot roast, you might choose whipped potatoes & a roasted vegetable or meatloaf with Au Gratin potatoes & steamed broccoli. When choosing a meal that is served over pasta or rice such as Beef Stroganoff or Pepper Steak, the pasta or rice counts as one side dish, so you need to choose only one other side dish.
Barbeque Beef – A chuck roast slowly baked with fresh vegetables and a homemade sauce, shredded and placed on a fresh baked bun.
Beef Stew – Bite sized pieces of pot roast along with potatoes, onions, carrots and fresh herbs in a beef and tomato sauce.
Beef Stroganoff – Sirloin steak, fresh mushrooms, onions, garlic, beef broth and a sour cream sauce served over fresh pasta.
Braised Short Ribs w/Penne Pasta – Short ribs slow roasted with onions, garlic, red wine, beef broth, tomatoes and fresh herbs served over penne pasta.
Chicken A la King – Baked white chicken with vegetables in a cream sauce served over homemade herbed buttermilk biscuits.
Chicken Enchiladas – Shredded chicken breast with onion, peppers, garlic, cheeses and a delicious sauce.
Chicken Pot Pie – Fresh all white chicken meat coupled with peas, carrots, potatoes and cream and topped with a flaky puffed pastry.
Crab Cakes with Roasted Tomato Remoulade – Fresh jumbo lump crab paired with sautéed vegetables and fresh herbs make this classic delicious. It is paired with a slow roasted tomato remoulade with a spicy kick.
Crab Au Gratin – Fresh jumbo lump crab with fresh herbs in a cheddar sauce served over puffed pastry.
Lasagna – The classic Italian dish with plenty of meat and 3 cheeses baked in a homemade tomato sauce.
Meatloaf – A tasty combination of ground beef and ground pork, with sautéed onions and garlic, fresh herbs and spices.
Pepper Steak – Sirloin steak, onions, peppers, soy sauce, garlic and ginger cooked to perfection and served over white rice.
Pork Chop Casserole – Pork chops baked in a mushroom and sour cream sauce with onion rings on top.
Pot Roast – The classic pot roast served with a beefy, onion and mushroom gravy.
Roast Pork Tenderloin – Pork tenderloin slow roasted with garlic, rosemary, red wine, chicken broth and molasses.
Salisbury Steak – Ground beef oval patties smothered in onion and mushroom gravy.
Short Ribs with Wine and Cream – Slow roasted short ribs baked with red wine, rosemary, beef broth and cream.
Smothered Chicken – Chicken breasts sautéed in butter smothered with mushrooms, red onion and pepper jack cheese.
Stuffed Cabbage Rolls – Ground beef, ground pork, sautéed onions and rice rolled in cabbage leaves and baked in tomato juice.
Swedish Meatballs – Meatballs cooked in a cream gravy and served over fresh pasta.
Sweet and Sour Chicken – Chicken breasts baked in a homemade sweet and sour sauce and served over rice.
Swiss Steak – London Broil baked slowly till fork tender with onions, peppers, garlic, tomatoes, beef broth, smoked paprika and herbs served over rice.

Ambrosia – The classic fruit salad with pineapple, mandarin oranges, coconut, marshmallows and sour cream.
Au Gratin Potatoes – Thinly sliced Yukon gold potatoes in a creamy cheddar cheese sauce baked to perfection.
Awesome Potatoes – Whipped potatoes with 5 cheeses along with chives and bacon. They really are awesome!
Asparagus and Red Onion Salad – A simple salad of asparagus, red onion, red wine vinegar, olive oil and grated parmesan.
Baked Beans – Beans baked with onion, bacon, brown sugar, molasses, mustard and ketchup.
Broccoli – Steamed.
Broccoli Salad – A delicious, fresh salad made with bacon, cheddar cheese, red onion and homemade dressing.
Cauliflower – Steamed.
Cole Slaw – Made 2 different ways, your choice with either a creamy dressing or a vinegar and oil dressing.

Green Bean Casserole – Classic casserole with cream of mushroom soup, sour cream and Durkee Onion Rings.
House Salad – Fresh greens with tomato, onion, cucumber, peppers or whatever is to your liking.
Macaroni & Cheese – Elbow macaroni with a cheddar cheese sauce.
Pleasing Pea Salad – Sweet peas combined with celery, green onion, cheddar cheese, mayonnaise and lemon juice.
Roasted Asparagus – Fresh asparagus roasted with olive oil, salt and pepper.
Roasted Acorn, Butternut or Yellow Squash – Fresh squash of your choosing roasted with olive, salt and pepper.
Scalloped Potatoes Gratin – Thinly sliced Yukon gold potatoes baked with cream, garlic, Parmesan cheese and herbs.
Spinach Salad – Fresh spinach combined with bacon, green onion and cheddar and a homemade spinach salad dressing.
Sweet Potato Casserole – Baked sweet potatoes whipped together with butter, sugar and milk with a topping of cornflake crumbs, brown sugar, pecans and marshmallows.
Twice Baked Potatoes – Classic recipe of baked potatoes combined with butter, sour cream, bacon, cheese and chives.
Whipped Potatoes – Yukon gold potatoes whipped with butter.
